Jason Murphy completed his undergraduate studies at Illinois Wesleyan University in spring of 2014, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Jason’s interests involve the use of nanotechnology to develop therapies for the treatment of malignant gliomas. His research in the Lesniak lab focuses on the use of nanomagnets for targeted cancer cell destruction. In the future Jason would like to pursue a PhD program in cancer biology.
